Kyle Doss
Hi there! I'm Kyle Doss, the Administrative Director and Managing Legal Assistant with a knack for keeping things running smoothly. I’m also a proud Notary for the State of New Mexico. My journey started back in 2006 when I graduated from Organ Mountain High School. Currently, I’m expanding my expertise at NMSU Alamogordo, where I’m studying Paralegal Studies.
When I’m not managing the legal world, you’ll find me under the hood of a car, indulging in my passion for auto repair. I believe in balancing professional dedication with personal interests, and I'm always ready to take on new challenges.

Mia Castiglione
Mia Castiglione has been a Legal Assistant with Salcedo & Company for about a year. She weaseled her way into the legal world when she moved from Chicago to Las Cruces in 2021, and has loved it ever since. Mia is a Notary for the State of New Mexico.
When Mia isn't at work she can be found baking (currently trying to perfect sourdough), and spending time with her cats.
